Shannon Taleb My regular nail salon was closed today so I thought I’d try Delicate Nails. Absolutely horrible. The staff are very rude and unhelpful, I asked for assistance finding a colour several times and was ignored. Then they said they had time for my manicure but the lady started and then stopped to start someone else pedicure that arrived after me? After 10 minutes I said that if they didn’t have room for me I would have preferred they told me. The manicure was rushed, no moisturiser so my hands are gross and dry and covered in product. Cheap materials used. I said have a nice day and the lady at the register ignored me. AVOID AVOID, I’ll go home and re paint myself.

Alana I don’t normally write reviews but I did not have an enjoyable experience at this salon. Don’t waste your time and money. Was looking forward to getting my nails done and they did a horrible job. They did them too short, I wanted almond shape and it is the worst almond I’ve seen and on top of that they charged extra because it wasn’t square. They also just spoke in their language the whole time which is quite rude. Definitely disappointing.

A Ez Worst nail shop, they quoted me something then as soon as I was done they charged extra. 2. My nails weren’t this short when I came in she botched the shape so hard. 3 these are the worst French tips ever not even. She took off half of my original nail tip with the drill. And yet I came back because they looked hideous and still wanted to charge me to cover up the with shelac. I was not going to pay for their fault. When I came back and explained how hideous they were the lady asked and then ignored me when I was complain. Don’t come here don’t waste your time.

Jenny Came in to get a full set of extensions. Colour was not applied properly and the shape was uneven. Of course its hard to tell the imperfections when colour is not yet applied. They over filed and cut me and never once apologised. The tech yelled at me and was told to go elsewhere and didnt put in any effort to fix my nails. Extremely rude, unprofessional and disgraceful. Shame on me for not looking at the reviews first.

Amy Ibrahim The worst nail salon ever. They are very disrespectful people. I went to the salon and the lady told me to wait 30 min and after waiting I sat on the chair. The lady asked me what color I told her same color so the lady said no sorry I can’t please leave and come back another day ( I did my nails at the same salon last time so they have the color). No one in the salon was willing to do my nails . I asked for the manager but ofcourse there is no manager. They are only bunch of crab ladies sitting there with no manners.

Avril Alexander I don’t recommend them they do the entire procedure way too quickly and roughly. After the technician lanced my big toe she knew it was bleeding badly she “flipped” the whole thing onto me saying I moved! Yeah I moved, I moved because you lanced my skin, you are damn lucky girl I didn’t kick you in the head! Taking ownership of your errors would’ve made the accident easier for me to accept, but the fact that she continued to shift blame was typically the same as a narcissist! I can’t stand on my feet now for an entire shift tomorrow, also limping It would’ve been acceptable if she had of taken full blame and not continue to “shift blame” onto the customer stating that it occurred because I moved, that is NOT how it happened! I moved because I got hurt! Three times she insisted this happened due to me moving. I will never go back and they’ve lost a regular client and will tell all my colleagues and friends not to go there! There are 3 more salons in that plaza

Chrissy Aresti Got my nails done a week and a half ago here and the lady that did them make them very thin with SNS. Went back today (my only day off) and another lady was going to charge me for removal and to redo SNS with a $5 discount. Not my fault they have all chipped on the sides and 3 half completely fallen off from being too thin. I have been coming here for 3 years since moving into the area will not be coming again

Elisa Perri The worst pedicure I have ever had. They don’t scrub feet or even put moisturiser at the end. What a joke and for the price you pay $60. I will definitely not be returning!

Christine Buttigieg Worse place I have ever been what a disgrace!!! my nails were crooked and ripely she left a big gap between my nail and the cuticle told me to go back the next day to fix them and when I went back she said “they are fine I’m too busy “ what a SCAMMER !!! $75 for such a bad job !!!! Stay away !!!
