Courtesy, efficiency, KINDNESS, thoughtfulness has been totally given to my elderly friend. Not only Simon, but Cecilia as well. Mikan Jokic Got changed $95! I am puzzled, for what? I asked if the "redness" on my mouth roof falls under his dentist "expertise umbrella" and he said: "YES". The dentist took three photos with his mobile and then, on my request , emailed them to me. The appointment took all up 10 min and I got changed $95. I know, one can say we do pay for their knowledge and expertise. But I was open-mouthed to find out he didnt know what the problem was nor did he write a prescription. These three photos, my wife could have taken with her professional camera and they wouldve been far better quality. He also wrongly informed me about some medications being over the counter. So, apart from money, I was wasting my time too by going to pharmacy without prescriptions. Just one of those days (dentists) when everything goes wrong. On a bright side, they were all nice and polite and that is why its two stars, otherwise it wouldve been zero.

Lcs99 I have been with these awesome people for 10 years. Just had a Wisdom Tooth out with Nathan and I could not recommend this practice more highly it has the best service, practice and cares so much of its patients. Please if you need a Dental Practice use this one they will look after you.

Nawar Dalati One of The best no nonsense dental practices in Melbourne, Getting braces shouldn’t be more complicated than getting glasses, and that’s exactly how they made the process feel through out the past year, the previous clinic we tried was very ambiguous about the process, cost and timing, and felt like a never ending money pit, without an obvious date of outcome, When we first came and met with the staff at the Look, my wife and I were greeted with friendly professional staff who definitely knew exactly what they’re looking at and how the end results should/will look like, they guided us through a plan and explained what WE needed to do and what THEY will do, they broke down the process and costs and presented us with a realistic expectation, best of all, they were all friendly through out, they helped fit the bookings between my strange work hours, and communication was spot on, from bookings, to confirmations, to any emergency changes we needed to make, Aiden is a super star, the ribbons fall and break at times and fixing or replacing them was a breeze as well as his ongoing advise on how to maintain the health of her teeth and keeping the braces in great shape throughout the year, and during the last process we had Joanna who was also amazing and methodical in her work, reception were on the ball and matched the preferred booking times even where I once accidentally left without making a booking, only to call and find that they’ve already done it for me, We have already recommended them to other friends who have had identical experiences and we will continue to recommend them and use their services in the future. Thank you again, our daughter has a million dollar smile which has boosted her confidence greatly and brought her out of her shell.
