Rosemary Cresswell Dr Omar at Carlton Dental is the best dentist. He has fixed up all sorts of complex problems in my teeth. He is very gentle and empathic. I really recommend him.

Marissa Doyle Dr Omar was as brilliant as my teeth at the end of his care. I needed a lot of cleaning work and some front tooth fillings replaced. He was patient, listened, always checked in to make sure I was ok during the procedures and gave me my fantastic smile back!!. The before and after show the difference he can make in just two visits. Angus Douglas I had a really negative experience receiving treatment from Cindy Nguyen. On my last visit I reported that I was having trouble following the dental care routine prescribed due to the pain it was causing me. Cindys response was that she "couldnt brush my teeth at home for me," and that was as seriously as my concerns were taken. It was a humiliating experience and well below the basic standards of care I hope to receive from a healthcare professional. Ive made lots of bad health choices in my life, but Im trying to do better. I worry a lot about going to the dentist, because Ive got a lot of problems with my teeth and I worry that Im going to be judged on that basis. Unfortunately, thats the exact experience I had on each visit to this practise. I would recommend against coming here if you are dentist averse, want to feel like your concerns are being listened to, or want to feel like your healthcare provider sees you both as a patient and a person.

Abi3165 For 40 years I have been petrified of going to the dentist! I recently visited Dr Ivan at Perio Partners and have to say that my experience was brilliant. The staff were professional but relaxed and helped to ease my anxiety levels with entertaining chat and music. Dr Ivan explained each step in my treatment and was very gentle in his approach. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I actually enjoyed my visit to a dental specialist! I highly recommend Perio Partners, especially Dr Ivan!

Ben Trinh My partner has been treated by Dr Cindy for approximately 12 months and it has been delightful. Today we had an emergency come up which coincided with a reminder text of an upcoming appointment scheduled for 1st July stating that if she did not confirm then the appointment by 12pm today it would be cancelled, as a result she took it as that and tended to the emergency with the thought of rescheduling after settling the emergency. At approximately 2.30pm she received a call from the clinic by the receptionist Ruby who was quite rude, blunt and dismissive over the phone, my wife was unable to get a word in. When asked when she could reschedule the appointment for my wife tried to explain that she would have to check her schedule and get back to her. Ruby insistently cut her off saying that regardless of whatever came up my wife should have called. This has unfortunately left us on quite a sour note as her prior experience has been very positive until this incident.

Gemma Steele Update: Seven years on and I still think about how awful this was. Terrible experience - I had never had a filling before and the dentist didnt explain anything to me beforehand, in fact if you can believe it she actually gave me a local anaesthetic without telling me, she just went ahead and did it. I had had no problems with my teeth before having the filling, but I am certainly having problems since. The staff are generally quite rude and I came away with a feeling of not trusting the dentist at all, which is not what you want with a healthcare professional, let alone one you are paying hundreds of dollars to. Would not recommend at all, GO ANYWHERE ELSE

Tori Roe The best dentist I have been to in years. The dental team are so efficient, gentle and compassionate. The receptionist is also lovely too. Ignore the bad reviews, I highly recommend them.

Dennis Easton I have been going to Rebecca Li for 7 years and was previously phobic about dentists, particularly about pain. I can’t get my teeth cleaned without anaesthetic and I cannot get anaesthetic without first having that area numbed topically. Rebecca is the best dentist I ever been to. I wish I hadn’t had other experiences. She is kind, compassionate in understanding other people’s fears, and her work is excellent with sound follow up procedures explained after any significant procedure. Moreover, she is very reasonably priced. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Sarah Abendschein New to the area and found this place on Google maps. Really easy to book online & reschedule. Came in for a standard cleaning, the Dr Rebecca Li was really nice and very efficient. Will be back!

Jengster Inc Edit: I see that the clinic try to say I confused you with some other clinic with a similar name. No, it’s your clinic, the experience was so bad I remember very well. You don’t deserve even 1 star. Worst dental experience ever
