Rebekah Turner Today I had a French Manicure with normal polish, but left with cuticles very dry, scratched nails under the clear polish, and white polish from the tips mixed into where the clear polish was that had not been removed cleanly. My nails had nothing on them before the appointment and were clean. 5 hours later paint is chipping off. It is NYE and it was busy, but I did have an appointment. I had a french manicure with normal polish there before and it was very good and lasted weeks. I’ve always been happy with my pedicures, but nails with normal polish have usually not been great, I guess it depends on the technician and what you have done.

Shriranshini Satheakeerthy Unprofessional. Unsanitary. Overbooked. Waited over an hour even though I made a booking. Equipment not sterilised between uses. Gloves not changed between handling equipment/other feet. I am a doctor and it baffles me how easily fungus can spread here. Acetone bowl soaks in an unventilated space with pregnant customers. Overall unhappy with the hurried uneven nails they gave me, and proceeded to blame my nails instead of taking any accountability.

George Xylourgidis Amazing! I was running late for my appointment, and Savannah (hope it’s spelt correctly) made it work! Great customer service, and great and easy to deal with. The care she puts into her job is second to none. Highly recommend her for your treatments. See you in a fortnight for my next appointment.

Tara Zaw So nice for value!! I had a healthy hair wash here and it was super relaxing, hair wash + massage + foot soak all for a nice price package, affordable. The ladies here are so lovely and accommodating. I highly recommend coming here for a relaxing wind down.

Shivangi Ganatra My friend and I went there for a mani-pedi yesterday afternoon and were left very disappointed. With my pedicure, I’ve been left with a big cut between my toe and toenail that is now infected because they were too rough. Also, they barely did any of the scrubbing that you expect during a pedicure. I nicely asked them to pay more attention to certain areas (which I don’t even have to do at other salons) and they just argued back. The lady doing our manicure was doing three people at the same time. She skipped steps, didn’t pay any attention to detail and again, was really rough and left me with another cut on my thumb. I know people make mistakes some times, but there wasn’t so much as an apology or acknowledgment of the significant cut that they caused, and that’s just poor service. You’re better off going somewhere else. I’m not going to post a photo of my toe on the internet, but I’ve posted a photo of one of the cuts on my finger which isn’t that bad, but not something you want at a nail salon.

samia ferdousi Ahn was my nail artist, she cut one my ring finger. She did not told me before and did not used anti sceptic as well. When blood was not stopping then i have asked for anti sceptic. Others have seen that but didnot said anything. Very unprofessional and expensive according to the service... She also cut the nails crookedly. They are extremely unprofessional and doesnot do the manicure with care..... Worst in Melbourne

Tamara Hookens I cannot recommend Meghna enough! I got my eyebrows done and she had such a featherlight touch. I also had my face waxed and she listened to my concerns with previous waxing experiences and delivered such a gentle, friendly service. I will definitely be going back!

Georgia Mourmouris Came from another place who done my nails horribly the day before. I came into dashing pink they took care of me removed my horrible nails I got done and done me an amazing set of French tips couldn’t be happier with there work and how they enjoy having conversations with you unlike other places.
