5 /5 Tara Zaw: So nice for value!! I had a healthy hair wash here and it was super relaxing, hair wash + massage + foot soak all for a nice price package, affordable. The ladies here are so lovely and accommodating. I highly recommend coming here for a relaxing wind down.

1 /5 S K: Worst nail salon. The young girl working between 3pm to 4:30pm on 9/2/2025 was unprofessional and full of aggressive attitude. Her service was poor for pedicure and wanted to charge me $50. She was full of lies as she said that she’s charging me less amount so I had to check the real prices from service menu and that when I caught her lying. I didn’t mind paying but I wanted compensation as better service so I asked for it but she refused to do so. She gave me aggressive attitude. She needs to be put under training as she doesn’t know the value of customer service. Ridiculous. Worst service.

1 /5 Lenie (Lenchi): This was the most expensive, rushed and low quality nail job that I have ever received- would not recommend coming here. I understand that there were a lot of customers that slowly started to queue up but paying $100 for this left me feeling upset and extremely disappointed. The nails are bumpy, the colours are wrong- not that I had much to choose from and when I requested for a darker shade, the lady had offered me two of the brightest pinks possible and one stale purple pink that was just out of the question. I kept asking the nail technician to cut them shorter and less pointy but they continued to sharpen the ends completely doing the opposite of what I was requesting. I thought maybe I had to rephrase myself multiple times as I understand a language barrier can be difficult but they were not following what I was asking for even after multiple attempts. Its difficult trying to type or do anything, its too long for my liking. They dont look like the reference photos that I had brought with me, Im not satisfied with the end result at all. Ive had better quality nails done at other places before for $75 or less as well. I wish I could get a full refund of the $100 that i paid in cash and for them to remove these immediately for me as I simply hate these... terribly disappointed and upset but I was too afraid to say something again as there were other people waiting. :( Update 31/12/23: came back for a refund or partial refund and was completely turned down. The first woman who served me ridiculed me by saying "oh I get it I get it so you like customers" when I said I didnt refuse to pay or ask them to fix my nails at the end because there were already so many other people waiting and that I didnt want them to keep waiting. The manager then said to me it was my fault for not saying I was dissatisfied and that their appointment with me took so long that the $100 charge justifies the huge sum despite them looking like a -$60 job. They lecturered me on not understanding their workers have 10 years of experience even though their service and quality was not evident. I had come in calm and collected with a friend of mine who was also with me on my appointment yesterday and today. But they refused to give my money back, even a partial sum. The end of my year is ruined, they robbed my money, and Im late for work. I would NEVER recommend or advise anyone to come back.
