Rolfe 123 Unfortunately my experience here was not great. I asked for a subtle creamy balayage and emphasised how I didn’t want it to go all the way up to my root. It took the hairdresser roughly an hour to highlight my hair, meaning I was left with an array of colours (different processing times). I was left to sit with a toner in my hair for sooo long. While I was waiting the staff were arguing (my hairdresser with the owner), making me feel uncomfortable. I had to fix it myself because I actually couldn’t leave the house with it. I contacted them and they did ask me to come back in. However my first experience was so uncomfortable I did not want to put myself through that again. I feel that they don’t have up to date training on modern hair styles/colouring techniques

Tash S If you want curtain bangs please don’t go here… The staff are SO lovely so it kills me to be negative but I asked for curtain bang style face framers and I ended up with a blunt cut wedge at the front of my hair … tied my hair up immediately as I left after paying even as I look crazy I’m wearing my hair up for the next two months before this grows out… I’m mortified. The long part of my haircut was fine wash was great etc but I can’t get over how bad it looks, cried all day

Ceel P So hard to navigate to the underground car park!!! Hard to find an entry hard to find the right direction to go once you go inside to the tollbooth and then once you leave if you accidentally leave the wrong way, you are not allowed to turn left or right or go straight ahead in some circumstances and therefore you must… Do some kind of U-turn in the middle of an intersection??? As my photos show… The entrance is displaying contradictory arrows on the floor and no entry signs above

Robert Burke Its easy to park underneath and go shopping in Coles with Chemist Warehouse also and the nice cafe Sapporo.

Samantha DSilva I went in today and asked the lady(most likely to be Mia) to provide me with an estimate of how much hair colour for me would be. She continued tending to her client while acting unconcerned and advised me that she would need to talk about what I have done to my hair in the past. That was obviously the primary reason for me physically going in. She had no customer service skills and possessed a blunt attitude towards me. Before this, I went to 2 other hairdressers where they looked at my hair straight away and gave me a price. Extremely shocked and disappointed at the level of communication and interest she showed being a business owner.
