Shae Shae Went here to get dermal filler and anti wrinkle treatment with my friend. We saw Jenny and she was absolutely amazing! I have been getting dermal filler for 7 years and never had an injector be so thorough, sweet and informative. I would highly recommend Jenny to anyone and everyone! We had such a great experience. jaspreet manchanda Pathetic customer service. Blaming us that we were late for the appointment while we were already at the premises. TOOK us just 2 minutes after the appointment time for check in as there were already people standing . FALSELY BLAIMEd THAT WE WERE 10 minutes late and Cancel the appointment, Reschedule after 3 hours. I left the clinic as they were putting there incompetency of bad management on us. Liars. I expect you again gonna justify with lies again. Do not bother to go there.... try somewhere else.

嘉晏 I purchased a 10-session laser hair removal package in 2022 and only physically attended 5 sessions — the last one being in May 2023. Due to moving overseas temporarily and later relocating to Melbourne CBD, I hadn’t booked further sessions until recently, when I tried to make another appointment and was shocked to find that all my sessions had been marked as used. After reviewing my emails, I discovered that several appointments had been mysteriously booked and then canceled shortly after — all without my knowledge or consent. It seems that after my last visit, the staff may have set up automatic future bookings. Because I didn’t show up, they were marked as no-shows, and then new ones were scheduled again — ultimately using up all my sessions without me even attending them. When I contacted customer service, they simply told me to call the clinic. I did, and was told the manager would call me back. That was two days ago, and I still haven’t heard anything. This back-and-forth with no answers has been incredibly frustrating and has made me feel misled and ignored. This experience has left me extremely disappointed. I trusted this clinic, but now I feel my time and money were taken advantage of.

Brittany Cox I have been coming to the same clinic for laser for many years. I have met many of the staff throughout my journey, and most have been amazing even if there is a high turnover over in staff. Z - compliments to you. You generally acted with care and I believe I received my moneys worth from my treatment as you were very thorough.

Akalan Selen (Sel) My four stars are purely for the women working here. They are incredible understanding, helpful and empathetic. I made a mistake in booking and put myself in a pickle I wasnt sure Id get out of, pretty much ready to give up on what I need. They assisted in any way they can and managed to arrange an appointment around my mistake. I wasnt clear enough or quite possibly didnt ask the right questions, and for that I do apologise. I didnt mean to seem on attack mode or target you individually, but you handled it like queens! You girls are fantastic, you deserve the best! My one star decrease is purely in protest to the stupid policies Laser Clinics Australia subjects their clientele to and demands adherence through unreasonable means. You force your employees to deal with the aftermath of your illogical decree. I can honestly say they have made it perfectly legal to rob people of their hard earnings. A refined policy is a MUST. What youre doing now, I doubt has only occurred once. This may be your downfall in the long run. Fix it.

Luc Nguyen Beautiful dishes and reasonable prices. My 6 years old son loves it as his 1st time experience sushi train. Highly recommend to come here and will definitely come back with family.

Rob the Nomad The largest shopping centre in this region of Melbourne, has all the big name brand department stores but with steep retail shop rent, you wont be getting any bargains here as all shops have high overheads

Simon Neill Westfield fountain gate is the best and most perfect shopping centre. Its pretty much your one stop shopping centre for all of your needs. Theres a wide range of all the big name shops. Like kmart, target, BIG W, myer, ALDI, woolworths, Coles, jb hi-fi, Harris scarfe and so much more. And theres a bunch of other smaller shops there too. So theres pretty much everything. Plus theres a bunch of different restaurants and eateries there. From the food court, to the dining precinct near the cinema, your pretty much spoiled for choice when it comes to eating out. Oh, and did I mention that theres a cinema here? Well, there is one, and its awesome. And the architecture of the shopping centre is really amazing and gives you a feeling of quality and comfort. So overall, Westfield fountain gate is the shopping centre that pretty much has it all. With several shops and restaurants, theres no excuse to say that theres not enough. And its always cool to see that theres new shops still opening here. And for this being the local big shopping centre near me, its the absolute perfect shopping centre. 10/10 you just cant go wrong with shopping centre. Will be back.

lincones Very nice shopping centre with an abundance of foods, drinks and stores. Certainly lives up to the name of second largest shopping centre in Australia. 10/10 would come again (except it is a bit far from the CBD so..)

Absolutely HORRIBLE would not recommend AT ALL they half did the service they gave me and were totally rude as soon as we had walked in. not qualified in anyway and i would not waste your money on this place to just be rude and stuff your nails up. not happy at all.
