1 /5 åę: I purchased a 10-session laser hair removal package in 2022 and only physically attended 5 sessions ā the last one being in May 2023. Due to moving overseas temporarily and later relocating to Melbourne CBD, I hadnāt booked further sessions until recently, when I tried to make another appointment and was shocked to find that all my sessions had been marked as used.
After reviewing my emails, I discovered that several appointments had been mysteriously booked and then canceled shortly after ā all without my knowledge or consent. It seems that after my last visit, the staff may have set up automatic future bookings. Because I didnāt show up, they were marked as no-shows, and then new ones were scheduled again ā ultimately using up all my sessions without me even attending them.
When I contacted customer service, they simply told me to call the clinic. I did, and was told the manager would call me back. That was two days ago, and I still havenāt heard anything. This back-and-forth with no answers has been incredibly frustrating and has made me feel misled and ignored.
This experience has left me extremely disappointed. I trusted this clinic, but now I feel my time and money were taken advantage of.
