hajer hady Got my lashes done by van, They looked amazing I was in love. she told me they would last about 2 weeks since I havent got them done in a while Unfortunately they started falling out 2 days later in chunks I believe due to bad isolation. (when the lashes are stuck together with other extensions rather than each individual lash) Im sure the preparations is to clean my natural lashes before gluing the extensions. This didn’t happen. glue was either poor quality or not the right glue was used. Loved my lashes as soon as they were done but I felt like it was a waste of money. Won’t be coming back here sadly

JacQ I just moved to the area and have been going to a high end salon for years because i dont trust people with my hair but Allechante was amazing and so much more affordable. Diana really knows her stuff and was so welcoming and accommodating. I just walked in. Ive been blonde for 10 years and was going brunette. Sounds easy right? Apparently not because i paid over $600 at my other salon and it faded after a month. Plus it usually means i have to free up a day because it takes 4-5hrs at my other salon but at Allechante it took 2hrs. Diana picked the right colour, made sure it covers my greys, made sure my hair was healthy and shiny and gave me a great education on products to maintain my hair. I ended up buying their shampoo and treatment. Hair is still looking fantastic and everyone loves it! I will definitely be changing hairdressers. Thank you Diana!

Anthea The whole team did a fantastic job with hair and makeup for my wedding! They squeezed us all in within the same week after my initial hair stylist pulled out for my wedding day. I couldn’t be happier with my hair and the bridesmaids looked absolutely perfect. I don’t know what I would have done without them. The staff were so so lovely too. The whole experience was just perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back ❤️

Such friendly staff and amazing service. We had a great experience here. I highly recommended. Going to try the hair service next!

Natasha Dickinson Wow. I came in and had lovely Mia do my nails, and let me tell you she is an artist. These nails are absolutely freaking amazing! Absolutely recommended, she was gentle, and some places they can hurt you yknow? Not once. She took the time agonizing over fine lines to achieve perfection, and Im so happy with the results!!!! 10/10

Sara Julie did an extremely lousy job, would not recommend. Not exactly professional or well spoken either and rushed to do another client. You can just travel a little bit to st albans or sunshine for better/ cheaper options.

Evla Yilmaz Attended a last minute appt around 4pm when they close at 5:30 for a Lash Lift and Tint before an outing the next day. Read a review that stated the lash lift had amazing results. The lady who served me was lovely however the service itself was quite poor. I could tell she was struggling immensely with my lashes while gluing them down, I also don’t believe she chose the appropriate curling rod for it as I left with my left side lashes downturned to which she admitted weren’t fitting on the rod she chose and then the right with half upturned half downturned lashes. Seemed to me like although she tried there was lack of training and she struggled. I also left with extremely sensitive skin below both my eyebrow bones as the chemicals that were used got onto my skin leaving it feeling pretty raw and red. The way the tint was performed was not like anything anyone else had done, they usually put it on while the eyelashes are still glued to the rod, however mine were removed and tinted afterwards which caused product to get into my eyes causing stinging. The lady serving me placed wet cotton pads on my eyes to help with it so they settled after some time however could have been avoided entirely. Paid $85 for the lash lift and tint to walk away with what looked like almost my everyday lashes. They were slightly lifted however I could have achieved a better curl from my eyelash curler. Honestly a Waste of money

My review 6 hours later: Though she was lovely and did do a great job, I do feel that the glue is a little uncomfortable compared to my previous experiences - it stung a little during the application and seem to be a little visible in mirror too (little shiny). Threading felt a little rough compared to others I have visited however - my skin feels a little sensitive.

Aleah Close RUINED NAIL BEDS. So rough....I feel embarrassed to even wear my nails naked. NEVER HAVE I FELT THIS WAY ABOUT MY NAILS. Worst nail service in my life. This doesnt give me confidence to even get fake nails in the future. Youve ruined my natural nails and my next set of nails... I came in as it was a convenience to me and they did a quick job. But Im really sad about the file impression they have left on every single one of my nails. The white part is my new nail and there is a BIG difference in peaks. It has also left me with scratches. I even asked them to strengthen my nails because of the work I do... they left me with thin nails. I only had the nail paint on for half the week before it started chipping. I dont often wear nail paint but this is shameful to my natural nails and so embarrassing to me. I ONLY came in cause I wanted to treat myself this just hurts... a big shame cause I did have a lovely chat to the nail techs..

Emma Mackey Was over charged by $40 and my eye brows looked shocking, tint wasnt wiped off properly, uneven, didnt plug anything to even it out. Nails are pretty good hence the 2 stars. I am to much of an introvert to speak about the over price and eyebrows. Just wanted to get home to try get as much tint off as possible
