Dennis Duong I had my first microdermabrasion with Donna last week and the difference in my skin was night and day. As a male myself, I often neglected my skin however, after my first session with Donna my skin has been a lot more smooth, less congested and according my other friends my skin was "glowing". I have combination skin and quite prone to acne and congestion. Safe to say that I look forward to my next treatment with Donna who was very friendly and accommodating.

Minh Le My new go to place for skin rejuvenation. I feel pampered every time I get a treatment done here. Donna takes a lot of care and pride and goes the extra mile to make sure that you are well looked after. I suffer from very dry and dull looking skin. Only after few treatments of laser skin rejuvenation and microdermabrasions my skin now feels so soft and looks so much brighter. 5 star for service and 5 star for very competitive prices. Love it!

Jess Hay Booked with Miriam because I had moved house and my previous brow salon was too far. I did brow threading and hybrid dye and a lash lift and tint and I was so happy with my results! Ive always struggled with my brows and lashes because of my red hair but Miriam nailed the colour. It was also my first lash lift and I was blown away by how much difference it made to my lash volume. She was very gentle and very approachable, her home salon was clean and cosy, and she even gifted me a cute little aftercare bag with instructions! So worth the price!

Giorgia Boutsiavaras Shirin is a master of her trade! I recently moved to the area and wanted to find a local place to get my eyebrows threaded. However, I have always been very particular about who does my brows. Shirin put me at ease instantly with her professionalism and her lovely manner. My eyebrows have never looked better! Elsie Watts I had a lovely time with Shirin who threaded my eyebrows, lip and chin. She is very gentle with the threading, and gave my eyebrows a great, natural shape, checking in with me frequently to ensure I was happy with what she was doing. Very quick only took about 10 minutes and an affordable price of $32! Will be going back fortnightly to have my needs attended too, she is lovely !

Dinuksha Ishwari I’ve been getting my eyebrows done for years but Shirin has been the best I’ve ever been to. She has finally made my eyebrows even when other places I’ve been to has been telling me it’s impossible to do. She is such a nice person. Her times are very convenient as well cuz I can go to her after work since she’s open late. Would give her more than 5 stars if I could!

Lucy White Terrible, disgusting and unprofessional! If I could give one star I would. Went to the salon for removal or SNS and I wanted SNS applied again. During the SNS removal they were rushing and being very rough with the sanding off of the SNS. Three times I had to pull my hand away because it burnt my nail and hurt A LOT. I mentioned this and then with no change to their technique I said I had changed my mind and just wanted nail polished instead. I couldnt bear the thought of having another SNS removal like this! Then she proceeded to do the French polish and only half arse completed it. The result as you can see is TERRIBLE. She said all finished and I looked down and saw that they hadnt painted any pink polish over the French tip. I said what about the pink over the top and she said we dont do that! And asked me to pay. I was so shocked. My nails hurt for a week because she had thinned them so so much. Any time they knocked against a surface ouch! Terrible and cruel experience. I think all their reviews must be fake because this was a terrible experience. DO NO GO HERE.

Kerrie Hutcheon 18/10:22 . Went in on a Tuesday arvo at 4pm wanted my hair, shoulder length, cut to short . Never had done this short before ever. Showed 3 pics as I have natural curls she cut it and I was very impressed. After 2 weeks still loving my cut I coloured it myself next day and everyone says really suits me. Glad I made the decision

Very polite & professional staff. Clean & hygenic shop with variety of products to buy. Only issue is, they are always so busy that walk-ins have to walk away. James Jensen Awesome place.. The owner and boss of Mill park hair design salon Angela saved my skin when I screwed up my hair by attempting to cut the back myself only to totally butcher the job! I went there on a Thursday and she cut it in a way that not only corrected the big mistake I made but the style cut itself looked so good everyone at work complimented me and the boss even got a similar cut a week later! Best decision Ive made in ages coming here..

Jessica Senini Not happy at all with the service worker was on her phone via her air buds on and off through the course of time . The colour of my hair isnt what I requested at all , was told it will go darker with time but it has gotten lighter and again isnt even the colour requested . very rough with her handling was poked in the eye multiple times and scrapped across the face by her brush when pushing down on the foils . They got hair dye all over my new jumper which wont come out. Hair didnt even get cut or dried and still cost 300. At one point i had to dry my own hair during my treatment staff handed me the dryer and said here dry your hair as she made the hair dye . Very unhappy with the end result . Would not recommend

Nikita Mayra Went here a little while ago with my daughter and was extremely disappointed. We were the last booking for the night, and my daughter was cutting her hair to donate it to a charity that makes wigs for cancer patients - all of which we had explained over the phone. Anyway, we come for her appointment and was horrified with our experience. The hairdresser refused to listen to where we wanted the hair to be cut, was super aggressive with my daughter, shaking her when she wouldnt relax to get her hair washed, and started saying things like "im not going to cut you hair if youre going to start crying". The other hairdresser in the salon with her started rolling her eyes, checking my daughters hair for lice when she actually suffers from bad dandruff which would have all come out if you had washed her hair properly in the first place. The final result was awful, everything was uneven and my daughter came out of her appointment crying because they made her feel like she was expecting too much when donating her hair. The main purpose of going to a hairdresser is to come out feeling great about themselves, but instead she came out feeling guilty for expecting a good haircut after cutting her hair to be donated. We ended up going to another hairdresser the next day to fix her haircut. When I asked if we could speak to the manager (my daughter has previously had an appointment with her and was happy), we were told that she was on holidays for 3 months. Extremely disappointed, and definitely wont be coming back.

nilda l I have been going to Chloe Nails Salon for about 2 months now, I tried a lot of nail salons in the area before that and they are by far the best! Not going anywhere else from now on! They always do an amazing job and are super gentle too! I mainly do shellac nails these days but I have seen them do amazing designs on fake nails or SNS nails as well.

Shirley-Marie I do not have a pedicure on a regular basis but thought Id give Chloe Nails a go due to the good online reviews. My feet were about to walk off without me! The shop was clean and staff were very friendly, however, from the moment I walked in, I felt everything was rushed. To start off, the massage chair did not work (and i do look forward to this extra bit of pampering). I even had to ASK the lady to remove the thick skin near my big toes!! All different pedicure items used were at lightning speed and before I knew, I was done! My heels are still as rough as sandpaper as are the thick skin near my big toes. To say Im super disappointed is an understatement. Ill certainly not return. The staff in the advertised image also do not appear to work there anymore. False advertising??

Bridget Carman Have been here a few times. Service has been high and low. This morning I saw Harman who was absolutely fantastic. She greeted me by coming out from behind the desk with a lovely welcome and smile. She reassured me when she knew I was a little uncomfortable as I have very sensitive eyes. After threading she placed her hand on my brow and applied a little pressure which helped with the sensitivity. Harman did a lovely job in shaping my brows giving me a little arch. She was very good with the waxing also. Will see her again.

Emily Rizzotto I go every couple of weeks to get eyebrows threaded. Today I had the best experience. Only 1 minute wait. I think the lady’s name was Herman. She was so gentle with the threading. Such a therapeutic experience. So relaxing. And left my thick eyebrows looking neat and beautiful. Thank you so much

Laura DONT GO HERE!!! 0 stars if I could! Where do I start?! I went here and the lady absolutely stuffed my eyebrows!! She took patches out of my eyebrows that I have to now fill in until they grow back. Both my eyebrows are different shapes and tail of my eyebrows are completely uneven. One side is thick and the other is paper thin. I can’t believe how shocking my eyebrows are now!! I went back to complain to the manager and of course she stuck up for her worker and instead of fixing them she blamed MY EYEBROWS!! How is that even possible when my eyebrows were even better before I walked in then when I left? She got defensive and refused to fix them for me. Save your money and go somewhere else even if it costs a bit extra. It’s not worth going through what I did! If you love your eyebrows as much as I do, take my learning experience and don’t go here

Arash Arashi my friends Came here and the lady took so long on a basic design then when she finished her natural nail was showing the lady said that she put one layer of base she didnt even ask what type of base she wants i went to a different nail salon and it was way better than here I went to the pure beauty and spa at Central it was way better than here the lady even said that my base was different when its all nail polish and every nail Salon should ask if they want a dark or light base. She was also very rude and nasty to my friend when she didnt do anything, like if u do Ur job properly we wont tell u to fix it. 1 star the absolute worst. Period

Paige Sexton I went to get my nails done, the lady who serviced me seemed to be unsure as to how an ombré nail looks like and made the white tips too thick. I asked her not to cut my nails short but she did not listen to what i wanted as a customer. Drama Went to get a pedicure and my nails done. First of all, I booked a french pedicure which explicitly states $40 on their website. The lady I was assigned cut my toenails way too short so my pedicure came out looking extremely awful. Secondly, I booked SNS with extensions, and I showed the lady a reference photo of the nails I wanted which was ombré with a chrome layer on top. I asked her what the price would be overall including my toes and she said around $95 and I said that was fine. When the lady applied the extension tips I showed her the exact length I wanted and she cut it to that size. She then proceeded to cut my other nails too quickly and didn’t even measure them to the size I wanted. Only after did she start to measure my nails and had to cut them all to an even size. She cut my nails too short and not at all the length I wanted (and I don’t even get very long nails, I just get a flattering length for my fingers). I asked for an almond shape and she made them very crooked. So I was stuck with short, lopsided and stubby nails. But what really made the cherry on top was when I went to pay. The lady at the desk told me my total which was $92. After my less than happy experience, I paid for my nails and was about to make my way out when the lady who did my nails ran to the lady at the desk and said that I still needed to pay for my toenails. I was confused as I’d already paid but then she said that my fingernails alone were $92. And despite the price on their website I was forced to pay and additional $60 for my pedicure. I got the most simplistic nails both hands and feet that look far from anything special and were far from what I wanted but had to pay $152. WHAT. A. SCAM.

Ashly Reji My friend had the worst experience at this salon. "When I was booking the appointment, the lady on the phone already sounded unwelcoming. This shouldve been my first red flag. I walk in for my appointment and the lady was just on her phone and didnt bother to greet me at all. I informed her I had an appointment at 2:30 and she just sends me to the chair. I let her know I was seeking soft layers with wispy bangs (with photos for support), and noted I wanted to KEEP the length of my hair. She took out my hair tie and very obviously looked at my hair with such disgust, and rudely told me to sit at the basin. When washing my hair, she was scrubbing so hard I had to physically sit up. Ive been to several salons before and have never felt such aggression! After sitting in the chair, she began cutting my hair without first clarifying how much she was going to cut, despite me previously telling her I wanted to keep the length. She cut over an inch of my hair before adding layers, which then left it even shorter! Im not a hairdresser but from previous experiences, the stylists have sectioned the hair to create an even cut - this lady went in with little to no sectioning resulting in the ugliest hair cut. From the front, it doesnt look too bad however, from the back, it looks like a child cut it. Afterwards, she blow dried it roughly, only styling the bangs. Majority of my hair was still wet /damp. I left the salon in tears, not only because of the bad hair cut, but from the experience and treatment from the staff at this salon. I would not them recommend to anyone."

Leanne Tannahill Terrible! Will not return! I mentioned twice I was not happy and I was ignored. When my partner walked into the salon he could see I was upset and again I stated how I was not happy with the work and it was not acknowledged. Not one nail is covered fully, really thick spots in places, shaping is ok at nail tip but terrible on the rest of the nail, none of the nails covered in top coat fully either. I pointed out the first nail wasnt covered and asked if she could fix it and she didnt. If youre too busy to take the time out to do a service properly, turn people away when they walk in. Do not have two or three different people service the same client. This didnt happen to me this time but I saw it happen to clients and it is not a good look for the business.

I went with a friend to the store only 4 days ago to have an acrylic set done, it was not a pleasant environment at all, two artists attitude towards my pregnant friend was very impolite, her nail colour was incorrect and they removed her biab incorrectly burning her and leaving bumps on her new sns set, ontop of that when asking for a face mask to avoid inhaling the chemicals of the remover, we were told they don’t have any? Which makes no sense for a nail salon. I refrained from writing a review because it wasn’t my personal experience however both my nails have chipped in the matter of 4 days, the acrylic is so weak to the point I don’t even feel them snapping off and I am not doing any activities that would prompt them to break. I’m so upset and hope to get this fixed when I go into store without any issues.

Brashet I haven’t been to nail salons in years because of how stressful they are but figured I’d give this place a chance since I had little options for last minute set However, it just made me not want to go back to Salons ever again. The lady that shaped my nails put stiletto tips on when I had asked for skinny SQUARE, and I figured I’d recheck with her just in case she’d forgotten so she wouldn’t have to start all over later. She started speaking to rudely and with the biggest attitude telling me that’s what they do for square nails and she’ll make it skinny later because square are too big. After she finished filling and shaping, she held my hands up and said “skinny enough for you?”! With the most disgusting attitude. The nails were NOT square at all, I ended up with a coffin shape and not similar to what I asked for AT ALL. The whole time they spoke Vietnamese between themselves and laughed at god knows what. When I told my friend about it, she told me she had the exact same experience and ended up in a confrontation with the staff because of how rude they are. I felt so uncomfortable and if I could give this place 0 stars I genuinely would. Never going back Pic with rings is my nails, pic on the right is what I originally asked for. pelin akansu Is it normal for this peeling to happen in less than 24 hours? The person who did it did it so quickly and so sloppy that they didnt even let me hold my hand properly under the light. Its disappointing every time. If they did it well once, theyre definitely doing it badly the next time.

Ghazal Ghaed Rahmati I visited the salon on Thursday at 7:30 PM for a full acrylic set with French tips, and unfortunately, I left very disappointed with the service I received. The entire process felt rushed from start to finish, and it really showed in the final result. Each nail is a noticeably different shape, parts of the top coat have already chipped, and one of the nails has completely fallen off—despite it not even being a week since the appointment. What was also concerning was that the staff member who did my nails left immediately after I paid, literally running out to Coles. It gave the impression that finishing my appointment quickly was more important than the quality of the work. I expected much better professionalism and care, especially for a service I was paying for. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

After initially not being completely happy with my nails, Ivy went above and beyond to fix them and make sure I left completely satisfied. The attention to detail and dedication to customer happiness truly impressed me. My nails look flawless now, and I couldn’t be happier. Five stars all the way!

Asmirica H Thought id book in for the new service to have a head spa. The set up was great except the bed was so uncomfortable to be laying down for 1.5hrs. The service was more like a body massage as most the time was spent on legs and arms rather than more on the head and neck area. It came with a blow wave. Left with wet hair. Disappointing as I was really looking forward to it.

Stephanie Porrovecchio I really like the service at natural nails. The girls are quick but do an excellent job. I have been a regular customer for at least a year. Well worth it. Make sure to book at peak periods.

L T Pediure was $45 then $50 now I got charged $55 I asked why the increase in such a short amount of time. I got told me it’s $5 to remove the shellac. Removal of shellac was always included. What an absolute joke ! These businesses are ripping off their customers. Also, not to mention, they were once happy and polite now you barely receive a smile or acknowledgment just an uncomfortable visit. I won’t be returning. I’m sick of the surprise charge everytime I get a mani or pedi. High increase on price.

Billie Pollifrone Worst nail shop I have been to!!! They are so rude and they tried to rip me off $10, it’s not about the money but it’s the way they went about it. I got a pedicure and nail polish on my hands with no buffing nothing and they tried to charge me $85. After I questioned why they were charging me $30 to paint my nails she pretended that she didn’t know and instantly took $10 off. Very disappointing that they are taking advantage of the busy Christmas period and trying to get away with ripping people off. I will never go there again and if you are planning on going there, do yourself a favour and don’t. Terrible service and the rudest people I have ever come across.
