Nikki B Fantastic dentist in a family friendly, welcoming clinic- definitely recommend! David is friendly and helps you feel comfortable while he attends to your teeth. Always explains what he doing, and how to be pro-active and optimise your oral health to avoid issues in the future, not like other dentists that just do a brief clean. cheryl LEWIS After decades of dental problems involving prolonged and painful treatment, my teeth were left looking not as I would have liked. I struggled with whitening, braces and an odd looking implant for along time, but when it became too much I sought out the advice of Dr. Ted and Leonie at The Bays Dental. At my first consultation I felt completely at ease with them. They work as a team and bounce ideas off each other. But more than that, you can tell from the outset that they care deeply about their patients. They listen and provide a plan with alternatives to discuss at a subsequent visit. Theres no hard sell. I choose a plan that I simply would not have thought of had it not been for the level of trust I placed in them. And they delivered in spades. We had a couple of minor hiccups due to 3rd party issues but they managed them with compassion and sincerity and kept me looking forward. We were on this journey together. They prioritized the things they could control with Tony, the technician, working out of hours to get the work completed. I was also provided out of hours access if needed. I was informed of all the component procedures in advance. I really cant praise their professionalism, dedication and communication highly enough. I am very happy with the outcome. Pamela Dew I have long had a phobia of dentists, it cost me the loss of many teeth. "D" day arrived, I went here because my mother had her dentures made here and was always delighted with outcome. I didnt need full dentures (almost). The Care I have received over the last 5-6 weeks has been genuine and amazing. They understood my phobia, every interaction was caring and understand, Josh put so much attention into getting the Plates perfect. I had pain free removal of three teeth and plate ( plates). Jonny R Fantastic dentist. Needed to get two wisdom teeth removed and it was the quickest and easiest removal Ive ever had. As someone who has suffered from dry socket and other bad tooth removals in the past, I was almost surprised as to how smooth it went. Dr Brett was amazing and I would highly recommend him and the team if you ever need a tooth removed. Five stars.

Dr Adrian was excellent, patient, informative and just made the overall experience amazing. Luisa Quinonez Did not like the customer service at all - the receptionist seemed to have a bad attitude. On top of this, the dentist did a mediocre and quick job at the cleaning of my teeth. I got home and saw I still had some plaque behind my teeth. At a later date I went to see a very good dentist who confirmed my beliefs after examining my mouth, saying that whoever dentist saw me last did not do a good job.
