Clinical Physiotherapy St Ives - VIC

Marc de Silva From the moment you enter the clinic you are greeted with friendly and helpful staff. Appointments are easy to make (and change if needed!) on line or by phone. A big team of physios who are attentive and very much focussed on your care. A well equiped gym for solo or group follow up exercises along with a separate Clinical Pilates room. There is even a room for sports massage if that is indicated. Flexible hours to fit around any work schedule. And if you wish to indulge after your appointment, there is a Viet bakery right next door for coffee, cake and more (see my review of Graces Bakehouse).

AUSTRALIA AVE RESERVE OUTDOOR GYM - VIC

Antoine Its an outdoor gym inside the Pop-Up Park at 2 Australia Avenue. Arranged in a pod, it has callisthenics equipment designed for building body strength. I find it suitable for either early morning or late afternoon workouts as its exposed to full sun. The great thing about this place is that it has sails and picnic tables so you can relax after a workout. And its free to use.
