I have had nothing but fantastic service, guidance and advice from Amanda. Amandas knowledge and expertise shines through with her sessions and you are left with a, feeling of trust that youre on the right treatment path to achieve your best possible outcome. The practice is welcoming and well laid out with everything you will ever need in your rehabilitation journey. Easy access for mobility restricted patients with free undercover parking and elevator access from the basement carpark. Highly recommended to anyone seeking a good physiotherapy practice where you will see results and support through your rehabilitation journey.

Assmaa Zeno Amazing womens group with women across all ages and phases of life and very welcoming and friendly environment. Beyza is very knowledgeable and sets up her programs with intention so that you can mamximise the workout and progress in strength. If you need help improving technique, then her space is the place to be. She has helped me, through her cues, allow me to finally deadlift without backpain and finally deadlift my body weight effortlessly. She has also helped improve my squats just by adjusting my form slightly, throug her attention to detail when coaching her clients. Through her upper body program, i was finally able to get a pull up, a goal i have been chasing for years. Her programs are versatile and always loaded with skills that will help you unlock the best version of yourself. And the kids love her and look forwad to childminding at the gym because they have so much fun!

Urban Pilates North Sydney - VIC

Soomaiya Akhtar Khan I absolutely love Urban Pilates! I’ve been coming for about a year now, and it has made such a positive difference in my body. It was my first time trying Pilates, and I instantly fell in love with it. The studio itself is beautiful and has such an uplifting energy. What I really value is that even in group classes,the instructors make sure to give everyone personal attention. You never feel lost — they check in, correct form, and keep you motivated throughout. I’ve trained with several instructors, and all of them have been fantastic. A special shout-out to Paris, Slaney, Clare, and Vanessa (having 4 favorites tells it all!). Thank you, Urban Pilates team, for all your support!
