He has been a great help to me to resolve the issue of the early releasing the 10% deposit from the property sale. Before knowing Chris, I was with the other Legal firm in Melbourne but I believed they provided me wrong information about the stamp duty. I did some researches by myself and verified it. Well, should not assume that lawyer knows everything, I was really disappointed and then I was introduced Chris Le by the real estate agent. He advised and followed up almost 18 months off the plan property and helped me to complete the settlement and after sales/property settlement, he also followed up with the vendor solicitor for fixing all defects from the building.
