Chris Scullin Do not use Macquarie Bank for a Car Loan! Absolutely terrible product. To get a payout figure you have to wait 3 - 5 business days. Or you can call the contact numbers, wait on hold for 42 minutes and then get told they will raise a request for you to get the payout in 3 - 5 business days. Bad luck if you decide to trade your car in an need a payout figure faster than this. What a joke of a service offering. If you dont want to provide the service then dont offer the product.
