5 /5 Laura Salau: Starting training with ACE was the best decision I made. Having worked with another performance coaching company for over 3 years before taking an extended break from gymnastics due to injury, the training was poorly delivered, just focused on the weights and numbers achieved each session and no focus on individual needs, Injury Prevention, Movement Patterns or Gait Training. I was consistently injured, hit many plateaus and just wasn’t progressing overall. In just 4 months at ACE having started with their ACL rehab program, I’ve hit so many strength PBs, am moving better and feeling more injury resilient. The holistic and individualised approach to the training is just fantastic.
