Oli Wright In the past 3 months, Adam’s taken me from not setting foot in a gym for nearly a decade to putting on 8kg of muscle. He’s not your average PT, he’s in your corner well beyond the sessions and up for answering any question. I’ve learnt everything from diet and form to how to actually program workouts that make sense. His programs hit way harder than if you’re just winging it on your own. And tbh he’s just a great guy with his heart in the right place. Highly recommend working with him!
