Day One Training and Transformation - VIC

Alanah Glen Matt and the whole team at Day One are fantastic! I’ve never had so much fun at the gym! The music is great, the workouts are tough but fun and the trainers are so friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve tried lots of gyms and this is the best one by far. With Matt’s help I’ve been able to shift the baby weight and I’ve never been so strong and fit! Totally addicted to how strong I’m getting and how much fun I’m having doing it! Highly recommend!

Enduring Strength - Personal Training - VIC

Suzanne S Yamin is very professional and tailors the training to my needs and pre-existing injuries. He has also helped me feel confident to use the gym on my own in between personal training sessions. I had never done any strength work before training with Yamin and his attention to technique and correct movement ensures you get the most benefit from training. I feel like I have achieved a lot of strength in a relatively short amount of time.
