Deivide Nunes I couldnt recommend Just1 enough! My son started a few months ago after having some issues at school and I could not be happier. This is a friendly and family environment that makes you feel at home. My son loves coming to training and he is really enjoying it and having a lots of fun learning a life skill. Just1 is funtastic!!!

D Nais Absolutely LOVE our Altona North Flex & Flow Studio. Really awesome instructors, where all classes have options/ cueing levels you can take, dependant on your experience . A lovely community. A+++.

Aritha Yulia I have been to so many gym, I must say AF is the best by far! The quality of the equipment, the size of the gym. And the staff at cromer AF super friendly. However is getting busier then it was, many people joining, so hopefully AF will add more machine especially for lower body.
