1 /5 ultimobile: been trying to get these people to register a discharge for an old NSW mortgage loan for the last 5 months which I need them to do to be able to do before I can do any transfer of title on that property Ive sent Advantedge 8 emails with all the requested details since September including paying the relevant fee. Theyre sent me 11 emails - the last 4 of which have been basically similar - we dont seem to have your details or record of payment - please send these details I sent them a copy of the email chain of the same details being sent to them in my previous 3 emails - so yeah whats up with that - anybody home there? Im now on hold longer than expected due to COVID etc - thank you for waiting - your time is valuable to us - well see how long this takes so far this place seems like the Dead Letter Office - where communication goes to die. Im hoping to speak to a manager to get this WOFTAM sorted - lets hope theyve got a real person behind their call-waiting music ...

1 /5 Diem Tran: A truly embarrassing brand and customer experience. Every interaction with this business has been painful. I rang weeks ago to notify of a discharge, returned all the forms, had a conveyancer manage settlement, and still you managed to process a direct debit on the day I discharged – even after I called to ask that my DD be cancelled. Well done, idiots. So glad I never have to deal with you ever again. 10/10 don’t recommend.

I’ve sent an email 25.7.2024 instructing to delay DDR for 3 Days . received an automated acknowledgment the following day . NO action was taken and I incurred financial losses and penalties . I followed up via email 30.7.2024 again received a receipt acknowledgment but no response. I again followed up the next day via phone and got passed around to different departments, I was placed on hold for over 30min only to be hanged up. The next following day AGAIN I tried to make contact them and same experience, got hand balled to different department to be end up been hanged up after 20min trying to speak to someone.. NO ONE took ownership- ADVANTAGE , has the WORST Customer Service. If you have a choice DO NOT USE THIS ORGANIZATION..
