ultimobile been trying to get these people to register a discharge for an old NSW mortgage loan for the last 5 months which I need them to do to be able to do before I can do any transfer of title on that property Ive sent Advantedge 8 emails with all the requested details since September including paying the relevant fee. Theyre sent me 11 emails - the last 4 of which have been basically similar - we dont seem to have your details or record of payment - please send these details I sent them a copy of the email chain of the same details being sent to them in my previous 3 emails - so yeah whats up with that - anybody home there? Im now on hold longer than expected due to COVID etc - thank you for waiting - your time is valuable to us - well see how long this takes so far this place seems like the Dead Letter Office - where communication goes to die. Im hoping to speak to a manager to get this WOFTAM sorted - lets hope theyve got a real person behind their call-waiting music ...

Diem Tran A truly embarrassing brand and customer experience. Every interaction with this business has been painful. I rang weeks ago to notify of a discharge, returned all the forms, had a conveyancer manage settlement, and still you managed to process a direct debit on the day I discharged – even after I called to ask that my DD be cancelled. Well done, idiots. So glad I never have to deal with you ever again. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Nathan Aggressive Sales Tactics. They tried to change my SuperFund to a "better" one (1.5% Annual Commission Fee on top of the regular Service Fees) and sell me a $2 Million Life Insurance policy (I have no dependents.) I was then introduced to the Property Manager who wanted me to pay a deposit on a house that I said I wasnt interested in numerous times. Steer Clear.

J Its been years since but I remember this one time I was renting a house from them and the property manager used a key unnounced and came inside. I moved out the day after.

Steph S I called about my annual statement and they couldn’t actually explain to me the extra $350 worth of so called “non fees.” The fund made me $0 in a financial year, cost me $800 in fees so I recently moved my super to another fund and $680 has just disappeared and they can’t explain that either. White collar criminals. Keep away!!!!
