1 /5 Steph S: I called about my annual statement and they couldn’t actually explain to me the extra $350 worth of so called “non fees.” The fund made me $0 in a financial year, cost me $800 in fees so I recently moved my super to another fund and $680 has just disappeared and they can’t explain that either. White collar criminals. Keep away!!!!

1 /5 Lindsay Fowler: A lot of fees and crap returns. A bank account would have been a better fund. Glad I realised and got out.

5 /5 Doug Roberts: I have been with Plum for some time, have had recent claim process with them, found them to be very supportive throughout, transparent and totally upfront in requirements. Yes it takes time but so long as you provide open and honest communication and information about conditions and how they affect you, they will guide and advise you all the way.

1 /5 Mike Moulton: I have a brand new MacBook Pro and Im told today by Plum use Google Chrome. Having had my ID stolen I dont wish to use Google, I do not trust everything I see on Google (I have reasons) and therefore it is easier to switch financial institutions then reason with people in this organisation. It is July 2025 not 1980s.

1 /5 Chester Po: I wanted to rollover my remaining balance to my bank account, but in order to do so, I had to provide certified documents that I was the actual member claiming to do so. After 4 months of back & forth with the SAME documents sent 5-6x over, they still refuse to grant my request. Waste of precious time & money getting documents certified, with no results whatsoever. Absolute Muppets running this sham of a company. If I could give 0 stars, that would be too gracious. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
