Scott Jenke & Zoe Maud Love HealthyFit. As the name suggests, it’s a place for people who train to stay healthy. I was a regular pre-Covid and I’m so glad I started attending regularly again this year. The trainers are lovely and knowledgeable- I appreciate Frank’s low-key friendly vibe at my early morning sessions as I don’t want any over-the-top loud rep-counting encouragement at that hour! After a few months attending regularly, I realised how much progress I have made when moving a large, heavy piece of board with my husband recently and I could manage easily, feeling my core and arms working without having to think about it. Every day life is just easier when you’re stronger - thanks Frank!
