Olivia Buckman I am so incredibly thankful to the team for helping me design the perfect ring. The second we walked in I could tell they were there to help. The vibes were just different and we gelled immediately. I felt very safe with them. They took the design inspiration and made it my own with the perfect gemstone that fit my exact (and ever so slightly picky) specifications. At the end of the day. Daniel Heng Ryan was an amazing person to interface with, especially during a difficult time of dealing with an estate issue, the passing of a loved one. He was professional, incredibly prompt, kind, and we couldnt have had a more efficient and perfect experience dealing with the sale of jewellery. Payments were prompt and the whole assessment of jewellery pieces was efficient, accurate and realistic. As we live in Brisbane, the postage process was made very easy.
