5 /5 Lorraine Williamson: I have been going to Aliento for 14 years and have been extremely happy with how it has helped me achieve many things with my body after a car accident years before. I am in my 80s and go four times a week to continue to keep up my fitness. I walk once or twice a day every day and go to Aliento, not only for how it makes me feel, but the staff and clients are all very friendly and helpful. The machines make exercising so easy, for whatever level you are at with your fitness, which makes you feel so energetic after and to chat with people whilst there, is another benefit for your mental health as well.
