Jud ith I couldn’t ask for a better gym atmosphere as someone with a chronic illness who’s building strength at a super slow and steady pace. The equipment is great, and the pin-loaded machines are so easy to use. I loved it so much I had my husband signed up within a week! It’s definitely more relaxed and chilled out (as they claim it to be) than most other gyms and I really appreciate that there are no lock-in contracts, which is an important aspect for one managing a fluctuating chronic condition. The free PT session upon sign up and the reformer pilates machine on demand is a very nice bonus as well. Val was wonderful walking both my husband and I through which machines to use for the areas we wanted to target and how to use them correctly.

David Cutler Club Lime Scoresby has one of the best community vibes I’ve ever experienced at a gym. Everyone is welcoming, and there’s always positive energy in the room. The PTs are professional, knowledgeable, and bring so much fun to every session – they make training something I actually look forward to. The free HIIT and weight training classes are a huge bonus. They’re high-energy, well-structured, and a great way to push yourself while training alongside others. Honestly, more people need to take advantage of these sessions – they’re such a good way to build strength, fitness, and friendships at the same time. If you’re looking for a supportive gym community with professional trainers, Club Lime Scoresby is the place to be.

Isuru Daranagama I love the gym after the renovations. The equipments are modern and the new place is more spacious. I really enjoy the classes the coaches run. My only issue is the water fountain as sometimes it does not work properly.

matt hall I absolutely love training at KO! I’ve Trained at other gyms previously but never really felt comfortable or enjoyed my training like I do at KO. I’ve been training at KO for over 3 years now and The whole team do a great job of making all their clients feel welcome whilst also pushing to achieve their personal goals. I’ve trained with multiple trainers and they have all been knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They have a great mix of clients from all fitness levels and it really seems to have a great atmosphere with clients and staff alike. With great facilities and flexible session times, I cannot recommend KO lifestyle and fitness enough.

Imasha Perera KO is the place to be! Ive been a member for over a year now and never looked back. The gym has a welcoming community atmosphere which I have never experienced before! Personal trainers are on hand to offer motivation and support and they do really care! They have variety of classes suitable for all fitness levels. 100% recommend!! I love my KO family!

Ronny Wijaya The gym is not as big as other gym I ever went but its ok I suppose during off peak hours. Recommended to check the crowd level (on the app) before visiting as with smaller space there are less exercise equipment on offer hence you might have to wait. Parking space is plenty. The place is right in the middle of office and warehouse complex within Carribean Park. Traffic in the morning could be packed as there will be lots cars from/to nearby office /warehouse.
