Tijme Roelofs An absolute gem of a gym/studio. Very friendly people (not just the trainers, also the members) and Ive never been disappointed in the workout nor the overall experience. They take the time to explain the workout, get to know you, and you can tell that they love what they do. I genuinely look forward to every workout and therefore cannot recommend them enough.

The Strength Shak - VIC

Tiasha Enge I loved the atmosphere in The Strength Shak. It is positive, energetic and comfortable allowing me to focus on my sessions and ring the PB bell!!! :) My trainer ensures my form is correct and we are targeting the right muscles before we progress any further. This reassures me I am reaching my fullest potential whilst also avoiding any risk of injury. Thanks Strength Shak! I am now stronger and much more confident with weights.
