Stephanie Spence BFT Freshwater is a great place to train. There’s a good variety of classes throughout the week, a good group of people and all round vibe. An array of class times makes it easy to fit into your day. Coaches are knowledgeable and friendly. I always feel like I’ve had a good workout and have noticed my fitness and strength improve considerably. There are regular challenges which give you the ability to test yourself and track progress. If you’re looking for a gym with an inclusive, encouraging and fun vibe with a great community, then definitely check BFT Freshwater out!

Ames Dickson I usually train at narre warren revo, and was pleasantly surprised when training at noble park for a couple of weeks. All pretty clean, respectful members - and lovely to have staff greeting you both as you enter and exit the facility.
