Lucy Costin I had the best experience here. I’m not sure of the lovely person who helped me, but they were so sweet and I just let them pick jewellery out for me because they were so enthused by reopening some of my old piercings! Thank you so much to the team who were helping today!! :)

Ashleigh Hunter My experience at Chaumet Chadstone was lovely. I was greeted warmly and not made to feel in any way bad for just browsing. The SA Lucas was so kind and attentive. She helped me try on some beautiful pieces from the Bee My Love collection, while taking the time to get to know me and make me feel comfortable. Another SA brought me some macarons and offered me a drink too, which was lovely. Lucas was friendly and knowledgeable and I left the store feeling very special. Thank you!

Kartik Singh Eddie and his brothers were exceptional during this entire process. My BIL had used them to get his engagement ring 7 years ago and now me. Eddie was incredibly patient with me as I knew nothing about rings, and he took hours to sit with me and discuss options, designs and the pros and cons of different choices etc. The ring was absolutely beautiful and my fiancé couldn’t be happier, or imagine herself wearing anything else.
