Elle Tyndall As a shift worker the 24/7 access is amazing. Machines are maintained quickly and with a good assortment. The staff are super friendly if you need anything, especially Ingrid. New machines are being added and the space is always clean with plenty of wipes available too….Also a great music playlist if your headphones die.

Deomnus VPG Were in Rye on holidays from Melbourne and decided to go for a pilates class for the first time. The instructor (Alys) was looking after us over the whole class (were a bit lost being the first time), correcting positions and suggesting new movements. Very complete and personalised experience. Highly recommend studio.

Sarah Wilson Absolutely loving Bodifit! I have only recently joined but i am feeling so much fitter, happier and stronger already..... And i am addicted!! :) Shannon and Bec are sooooo lovely and professional. They always make sure our form is correct too which has made a massive difference in my workouts. Northside Wellness Centre - VIC

Tom Shaw Went for a "great and oil change" massage to concentrate on some aches and pains that have built up over the past months. Neck and shoulders and legs are the usual issues. Linda found quite a few knots in various spots. Felt a bit like a jelly after all was done, with a couple of sensitive spots the next day, but much more relaxed! I have been attending for over 30 years and can not fault the professional and personal service that Linda gives all of her clients. Highly recommended.

Lisa Fiorda These instructors care about the way you move. You are not a body in a sea of so many other bodies. Instructors move about the class and pay attention to how students are moving and receiving their instructions, giving great cues and modifications when required. We all have different bodies requiring different movements at times and these instructors pay attention to what your body needs. And just when you’re about to give in along comes the motivational line that you need to keep going! And the beats keep you moving!
