Janet Eades This gym is for women, it’s mostly resistance training on the 13 pieces of equipment and cardio in between. They also have a great yin yoga on wed night. Great sense of community. Clean. New equipment.

Darran Collins Awesome family run boxing and personal training gym. Owners are extremely friendly and super helpful. Kids boxing classes are great.

Bronwen Young The Sports Clinic of Melbourne was recommended by my daughter as I recently twisted my knee. I attended this morning and was assisted by Sean who conducted a thorough inspection of any damage. Fortunately not a significant injury and a few simple but impactful strengthening exercises will have me hiking again soon. I am super impressed with the care and attention - all conducted in a timely manner. Sean is delightful.

Effie A 10/10! Cleanest gym environment, fantastic equipment and the staff is truly legendary! The manager and the rest of the staff are insanely welcoming and exceptionally helpful- they are always around to assist with any questions and even if you require some help during a workout!
