Onit Gym Epping - VIC

Louisa Luo I absolutely love training at Onit! It’s such a professional, clean, and welcoming local gym. The atmosphere is always friendly. Coach Akira and Paul are fantastic—they pushes me to do my best while keeping me motivated and confident. I can feel my fitness level improving every week.. The owner, Pete, is always approachable and goes out of his way to make sure members are supported. I am really glad I joined. Couldn’t recommend Onit more highly!

Scarlett McNab Studio Korr is such an amazing new studio! The space is light, airy and really a fantastic place to workout. The instructors offer a variety of approaches that mean they can engage a massive cross section of the community. I have left all my classes feeling thoroughly worked out, but still uplifted, positive and ready to face the day!

Humphris Health - VIC

Glen Woodman Ben is an amazingly knowledgeable Physio. He is very efficient in treating you and will be focussing on multiple body parts at once with a mix of cupping, dry needling and manual therapy. I definitely recommend Ben, he will also supply you with a program to help recover/rehab/strengthen your body.

Kefiliwe Zwide I honestly can’t recommend this Pilates and HIIT training studio highly enough. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with such warmth and positivity that it instantly feels like home. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals l whether you’re building strength, improving mobility, or just wanting to feel amazing in your own body. The classes are the perfect mix of challenge and fun. The Pilates sessions are beautifully structured to help you strengthen and tone with precision, while the HIIT workouts push you just the right amount. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my core strength, posture, and overall fitness since joining.
