Michael and Peter are incredible at what they do, and Andrew is hands-down the best physio I’ve ever come across. He literally had my wife off crutches and out of a knee brace after just one visit. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough for physio, osteo, and clinical Pilates. Thanks legends, for everything you’ve done for our family and helping us stay healthy.

From dumbbells and barbells to power racks and resistance bands, they had everything I needed to upgrade my home gym. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to help me choose the right equipment based on my fitness goals and budget. James Grundy After a life changing knee injury two years earlier I was struggling with home training. I found Live athletic after talking to a Physio in the know. Justin and Alexa have been nothing short of awesome helping me to come back from an injury that I had doubts about doing. After so many setbacks these guys have got me on track and I am now doing great with rehab. If you have an injury and need to get help this is the place to go. Once my rehab is finished i will continue training here, the depth of knowledge and professionalism at this gym continues to impress!
