Kim Jun was incredibly attentive to my mother and immediately noticed that she might need a wider fit to accommodate her bunion. Without even using any measuring devices, he confidently suggested her correct size and brought out a pair for her to try. Much to our surprise, his recommendation was absolutely spot-on - the shoes fit perfectly, and my mum, who always thought she was a size 7, discovered she’s actually a comfortable size 8!
After seeing how knowledgeable and genuine Kim Jun was, I decided to look for a pair myself. I explained my past experience with another ASICS model that didn’t quite suit my needs - it was too soft for walking long distances and had caused some discomfort - this was the recommendation from a previous employee using the FootID. Kim Jun listened carefully, asked the right questions, and recommended a model that would provide better support and firmness. We even chatted about an older ASICS pair I loved years ago, and he managed to find the modern equivalent - it was exactly what I’d been searching for!
Kim Jun went above and beyond, making sure my laces were adjusted properly for my wide feet, and even found the right men’s equivalent size when my preferred style wasn’t available in women’s. Despite us taking nearly an hour of his time (and running into his lunch break), he remained patient, cheerful, and genuinely passionate about helping us find the perfect fit.
