Heather Clarke Ive been coming to Studio Pilates at Balgowlah for over 2 years now. Ive done nearly 200 classes! Its such a great way to start the day. The instructors are great. I have some types of exercises I cant do (long story!) but they all know and make the appropriate modifications for me each time! I feel like I have my own personal trainer! Alex on Sunday mornings is a favourite. She knows my limits and pushes me where appropriate. Yikes! This type of resistance training is perfect, and I complement it with my aerobic style exercise for a perfect health balance!

Suzanne Olejnik Such a great boutique gym. All the classes are well run with top notch trainers, yoga/pilates and spin instructors. Love the teacher / student ratio which allows more individualized attention during class. Staff are amazing and helpful, and the change rooms always clean and well stocked. Loving the sauna after my workouts! Equipment is state of the art also. I hear the personal trainers are fabulous also! Well worth the monthly investment!!
