Jenna Sonogan Melsways is an amazing gym, and caters to people with all levels of Muay Thai experience, from experienced to never having done it. The classes are well structured and a great balance between technique, fitness and fun. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging, making for a wonderful environment where everyone supports each other.

Nerida Mckenzie Excite Health and Fitness lead by trainer Chris has been an essential part of my routine for 3 years now. The variety of workout structures target the whole body and keep me motivated. Flexibility in working out in the gym or at home works perfectly for me.
