United Pilates Eastwood - VIC

Wan Jia Thong I came here to try out pilates for the first time and I really enjoyed it :) I highly recommend this place, and I recommend Bettys class! She is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to each student, and the atmosphere and natural lighting of the studio is so nice. So far, I already feel improvements in posture and relief of muscle tension.

Move Well With Me - VIC

Sofia Dimasi As a professional dancer Kellie has been brilliant in mentoring/teaching me for the past 7 years, she has been incredible in maintaining my strength and assisted me through all sorts of injuries, continually making me stronger and more efficient in my movement pathways. Whilst being at New Zealand School of Dance Kellie was still able to teach me and add to my training as a fulltime dancer, it was easy and effective to see Kellie via zoom. Highly recommend for dancers, for injury prevention and added strength!
