Rodney Mills Loving the family / friendship vibe where inclusiveness and respect are constantly on display as the teams (and members) core values. The continual focus on the well being of every member (regardless of your level of fitness) is refreshing. I am regularly one of the oldest (at 58) in a class and the least fit in the workout session whilst I work to rebuild my fitness. The instructors are amazing and by the time I complete the workout I feel extremely supported and accomplished with small improvements. I always leave with a smile from ear to ear that carries me through my busy day. For the first time in a long time I feel connected to a great community of all ages and all backgrounds - amazing ! Thanks Hybrid 22 !!

Pip Maloney One of the best fitness and lifestyle experiences ive had! Emily cares greatly for all her clients and members. Having a dedicated program and constant guidance has helped me immensely in my strength journey. I feel stronger, fitter and way more confident since starting with Everyday Strength. Thank you Em!!! Highly recommend for anyone - no matter where they are in the world of strength. I had zero experience, i now cant imagine going to the gym and not including weights in my workouts.

Braw Fitness is more than just a gym, Rhys offers clear guidance and appropriately challenging programmes to follow and Jo offers support and encouragement in the sessions she leads. Learning the science and how to exercise in the most effective way possible from Rhys has made such a difference to my motivation. Members of Braw are welcoming, encouraging and not judgmental on newbies. I cannot recommend highly enough as I never thought I’d enjoy attending gym sessions so much.

Emma Lee The girls in the office at Sutherland were really friendly and welcoming when signing up me and my partner Harry, they made things really simple and easy to do! They helped us through the process, with no pressure and showed us everything around the gym explaining how it all works! Would definitely recommend to friends.
