Janet Carter Promitto is the best investment you can make for your health as you age and I recommend it to everyone from 60 to 100 plus. An exercise program is set for each person to cater for their abilities and their goals and each session is supervised. In the 18 months I have attended my strength, balance and energy levels have improved greatly. The program is assisting my 84 year old husband to stay mobile and we both enjoy meeting up with our gym friends before and after each session for a hot chocolate or coffee in the friendly environment of Promitto.

Roger Theophanous I visited the hospital upstairs. The layout is a bit strange. At the entrance you will find the parking pay machines (pay on your way out). Then you see an escalator taking you upstairs. The leisure centre reception is downstairs on the left. Upstairs you can find the lifts to the hospital.

Shannon Dell I joined my daughter up to Sterling 11 years ago and would never go anywhere else. It is a family orientated club and the coaches have been amazing and supportive to girls and parents. I’ve never experienced any nastiness from parents or coaches that you can find in some clubs so it makes it a nice place to come and the my daughter loves coming to class. Everyone so welcoming and great friendships are made for life. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great club to be apart of.
