Tyson Truong DNA MMA is the place for you if you wanna learn self-defence and go pro in fighting. The facilities are clean, and great to train in. The people are nice and easy to make friends with, Owen is nice as great to talk to! Charli and Lebon are the best Muay Thai coaches, they focus on what you need to work on depending on your style and your weaknesses allowing you to progress quickly. Highly recommend if you want to improve your skills in fighting.

Lilly Really nice equipment and super clean but the music is way too loud most people use headphones but I have to have my music on full volume to not here gyms music. I understand during the day but 10pm -3am it could be a bit quieter.

Hayley Myers The studio has a calm, welcoming feel and feels very safe. Classes are affordable, well-structured, and great value. Jolene is fantastic at tailoring her Pilates classes to suit each persons needs. She always checks in about any past injuries or concerns and adjusts the exercises accordingly. The small class sizes, usually 4 to 5 people, mean you get plenty of personal attention and support. All the equipment is provided, including mats, weights, bands, and Pilates balls, and everything is always clean and ready to use. Jolene is super kind and friendly and her classes are a great full-body, low-impact workout.
