The equipment is first class, and the location is wonderful set amongst the jacarandas in a beautiful little village. But the best part is the team and other clients. The team have a great deal of experience and they care for you. They work with you to understand your challenges and support you with the appropriate exercises and continually mix it up - it is never boring. I leave at the end of each class feeling physically better for it, and also emotionally better for it as it is a little bit of time for me, and everyone there supports you and makes you feel better regardless of how tough life may be. Thanks to everyone at the Pilates Village - you are wonderful.
