Both my body and mind feel stronger - yoga has brought flexibility with a deeper mind/body connection whilst Pilates and strength class have built my stamina. I also feel part of a very supportive community of locals - it’s also a bonus that everyone is funny!!

HL Gym is clean and spacious with decent equipment and friendly staff. A big shoutout to Will who is very experienced and patient. He showed me some great warmup exercises and helped me with my bench and deadlift. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a personal trainer.
