The equipment is top-notch and the instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help. I have been training with Sawan for a while now, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He is young, energetic and truly passionate about what he does. He doesn’t just tell you what to do, he listens, understands your goals and tailors workouts accordingly. If you’re looking for someone who’s professional, passionate, and truly invested in your fitness journey - Sawan is your guy.

5 /5 Chad Van Zyl: Great gym. Friendly staff. Fantastic facilities! And all at such an affordable price! Whats better, theres ample parking day and night. Its a shame its not open a little later on weeknights and the same hours for weekends, but thats a small price to pay. Really glad I joined.

5 /5 Jessie Tang: Have been going to Bentleigh Fitness Centre for almost 2 years and love the experience so far. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. Ive never been in a gym with a better vibe. Top of the range equipment used and all at a great price. They keep doing renovations to make the gym better and better! I enjoy this gym, and I am happy to be a member. I hope the reader of this review gives it a try and likes it as much as I do.

5 /5 Julia Urban: I have been going to weekly classes here for about a year an a half (have almost completed 250 classes in total). This fitness centre has a wonderful, friendly community and fabulous group fitness sessions. The price is very affordable (I am on the student weekly plan) ~$15 per week. The wonderful instructors and amazing atmosphere and facilities, dance studio, sauna & spa keep me coming back. Im doing Zumba instructing training at the moment. I love this gym so much I hope to be instructing there very soon. Cant wait to give back to the this amazing community of gymgoers, who have made me feel so welcomed!

5 /5 Holly Arrowsmith: Great facilities and I highly recommend Hanna, one of BFCs personal trainers. She has an amazing depth of knowledge and knows exactly how to push you to reach your goals. Plus, she’s incredibly kind, funny, and easy to get along with, which makes every session enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and is invested in their progress – I couldnt recommend her more!

Platinum Physio - Caulfield - VIC

Neelu Dubey I’m with platinum physio may be for around a year now. My son had hydro therapy with Megan. She is an amazing physio. Her understanding and ability to work with special needs has been commendable. My son learnt a lot and I could see the difference in him if, I compare him from now and before. She also taught him basic swimming. His focus and attention span has improved to a great extent . I am glad that my son got the chance to learn from her. Highly recommend her to anyone!!!

Just Swimming Glen Waverley - VIC

Glenda Thomas My two girls (5 and 3) have attended classes at Just Swimming at Nunawading Aqualink for a year odd. It is a superb swimming school. My childrens swimming and confidence in water has improved enormously (even my one, who struggles a bit with some physical tasks). They run regular water safety programs which I very much appreciate and which I believe are well geared to making them safer in all types of water situations The teachers are great and the kids really enjoy lessons. The school has always been very responsive and addressed any concerns I have to my absolute satisfaction. Having spoken to numerous mums, I am convinced, that it is the best swim school in the area.

Gareth M EMOM factory has an epic atmosphere. Members are supportive and urging each other on. This is supported by the highly specialised knowledgeable training team lead by Jesse and Steph that kept me motivated and accountable for my general fitness and motivation.
