5 /5 Samantha Costin: I was unsure of what to expect with a new instructor, but Lauren was so lovely and I really enjoyed her class! She has her own style and structures her class really well. I loved the new exercises and her focus on breath work. It was a really great class!

Pilates has been an excellent complement to our running, helping us strengthen our cores and improve overall performance. The studio is professional, welcoming, and highly effective.
