Margaret Jackson Attended a 5 year old Birthday party here. Jumping castle fun. The kids loved running around between the activities. Then they enjoyed the sit down party food room. Fairy bread, frankfurters and sausage rolls. Adults also had a fruit platter and scones with jam and cream. Great coffee and excellent service. Was a great location for a party.

Deirdre McIntyre Very inclusive gym that focuses on all aspects of womens health. Importantly there is a focus on functional movement and working out with weights. I took a small group Foundational Movement program and found it to be expertly designed and run. I really liked the camaraderie and encouragement. Im a certain age and need the weights, and the focus on form as I have the litany: bad knees, shoulders, recurring plantar fasciitis. My aim was to not sustain injury and to get back into exercise so I can live and age better. The focus on correct form and alternate ways of doing an activity has allowed me to accomplish this. Strongly recommend this gym!
