Robert Johnston I recently joined the Lungs in action classes and enjoy the fun exercises as we as a class move from machine to machine. The class I do runs for one hour twice a week and feel much better after doing these low impact. I’m one of 25+ people in the class and can highly recommend this to any senior who wants to keep moving. Rebecca and her friendly team are so courteous and supportive.

Antoneth Spaziani The coaches at The Body Shapers meet every individual where they are at and provide just the right amount of support and encouragement for you to work towards your goals without the pressure to over do things. They understand the demands of women’s lives outside the gym and tailor their programs to keep you strong and functional in everyday life. Having just got back into training after 2 kids, I can confidently say this is the best my body has felt in over 6 years!

The Small Seed I’ve been suffering long term with back and neck issues which always made me hesitant to try yoga, Emily at Mount Martha Yoga was recommended to me and I’m so pleased I gave it a try. She was able to tailor a program for me that was gentle enough not to irritate my back or neck. I felt completely at ease and confident under her guidance. I look forward to my sessions with her each week.

Catherine Humphrey We have been with UAC for approximately 6 months participating in the basketball academy. The coaches have been friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and strive to make the sessions both fun and educational for the kids. The facilities are clean, maintained, and visually appealing. The staff welcome the kids with enthusiasm and make them feel part of the UAC family. I highly recommend this facility for any players who want to improve their game and have fun doing so.

Daniel is Mr Magic. Knowing exactly what the problem is and how to remedy you back to health and strength. Hence LifeStrong. Daniel will support you with proper diagnosis, the appropriate exercise programs, massage, the reason/s behind a planned path forward and supporting joints with strapping if and when required. My body has benefitted for nearly 10+ years since I first met Daniel. He has enabled my body to be LifeStrong, by managing the exercises I require to keep moving forward without pain relief. I recommended him to all I meet that require his professional skills. Im also grateful to know that when I have recommended Daniel, some have said that they already knew about him and having mentioned him, will get in touch with him.
