5 /5 Pooja Chawla: My last 2 visits to this store at tarneit have been amazing. Thank you so much the Store Manager Sushu (sorry if thats not spelt correctly). She was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Answered all my queries and perosnally ensured that I was fully satisfied with my purchase.

1 /5 shilpa prajapati: I visited this store today and i am very disappointed to find out that the manager there is so rude and so unprofessional to the customers. People over there literally took my item back, is selling at higher price now and never gave my money back saying they don’t have cash. And today again when i went back to ask, they behaved so rudely to me and started yelling back without any manners, which i wanted you to put into the attention. Please fix the managers’ attitude at that store and teach some manners in them. Don’t even deserve 1 star, hope there was a button for zero stars.

1 /5 Safinaz Darfour: I would give a zero if I could. I have purchased so many different pieces before NOT FROM TARNIET and have had excellent customer service. Yesterday I went to purchase a charm gold bracelet and was asked for ID before she could show me the bracelet. I was so offended it was a $900 bracelet not $9000. The gold Jewelers further down does treat customers with such disrespect. I will find out the persons name and Edit this tomorrow.
