5 /5 Michelle: Ive tried many gyms over the years, paid for gym memberships and maybe attended once or twice in 12 months. I tried a home gym, this didnt work either. After joining BFT Ive been the most consistent I’ve ever been in gym attendance, working out, and eating healthy. Its been a true lifestyle change for me! The group dynamic, sense of community, the coaches and overall vibe are just fantastic! I look forward to booking my sessions weekly, and Im eager to come back if Im travelling for work or leisure.
I highly recommend anyone to give the BFT style training a go :)
