She pushes her students hard to get maximum results but is also mindful that everyone is at different stages of flexibility and fitness. I am very happy with her classes and really look forward to my two classes a week. Personally, I would recommend getting three or four one-on-one Pilates lessons before joining a reformer based class such as this. I think it helps you to get to know your body better and makes the classes even more enjoyable but I know plenty of women who have gone straight to these classes and are thriving. Each class has a maximum of 8 students which doesn’t feel crowded or busy. The other people I’ve met seem lovely as well - and that is another motivator for me to keep returning ☺️

Chris Carlin Max is a great trainer! My aim was to get fitter and stronger. After only a few months Max has helped me rebuild my strength and fitness. Each week we focus on different areas of the body and we are always trying new exercises. Max is very encouraging during sessions and always corrects technique to make sure the exercises are done properly. Highly recommended.

Chua Chung Yang There was a miscommunication with th gym as my name was registered under my alias instead, hence their confusion below. I had encountered issues with payments with regards to the gym, but they had managed to solve my queries and responded in kind. After clarification with them, signing the cancellation form would take 30 days for the contract to be effectively cancelled. In my case, since it was a weekly subscription, there was 5 payments due instead of 4 simply due to a small gap between when my payment has started (Note this means for weekly subscriptions, 30 days does not necessarily mean 4 payments only). For future gym-goers, the staff and owner there is generally receptive and responsive once you pop-in and clarify with them.
