Anshuman Dash I have been training with Hossein for over 2 and half years now and I would recommend him 100%. My strength and technique have improved exponentially. My chronic back pain is completely gone now and its never a problem while lifting heavy weights. Hossein is very professional and friendly and pushes you both mentally and physically. I enjoy training with him. Undoubtedly one of the best fitness coaches out there.

Ann Tran It took me years of procrastination, looking at the gym then finally decided to head here. 6 months in, and Im still staying. The health benefits are great. But the main factors keep me staying, are the community, tremendous support from Kyle and everyone. We are just a small group comparing to any other commercial gym, but thats what makes our relationship stronger. Majority of the gym members have been here for years. We also have members that stay hours away but still making efforts to attend sessions regularly. No matter whether you are chatterbox or prefer quiet environment, you will find that you are easily belong here. You always get unlimited encouragement from here. There is no judgement, there is only people working hard, and thats without any words inspired you as well. Kyle and Alex are great trainers, not only that you are also get great advice from your peers. Its hard to find a gym to suit your needs like this, it has capacity to both support your physical as well as mental health with such simple equipments and training programs.

Gabby Salts Since starting pilates with Lu my strength and flexibility have improved vastly. Im getting less pain from my arthritis and my chronically right muscles are much better able to relax, which also means less pain. She always customises the class to whats happening with my body on the day, and adjusts quickly to feedback. Shes also a delight to talk to and has a great sense of humour which makes classes fun.
