When I signed up, I was promised 4 weeks free as part of a promotion. It’s now been weeks, and despite coming to reception four times, sending multiple emails, and being told the issue would be “resolved soon,” nothing has happened.
The staff have shown a lack of professionalism and responsibility — no follow-up, no accountability, just repeated excuses. It’s honestly frustrating dealing with a team that doesn’t take customer concerns seriously.
It looks like this gym cannot even deliver on what they promise their customers, which is embarrassing for a brand that calls itself “premium.” I expected far better service and integrity.
